How can Psychotherapy help with Alcohol Dependency?
Psychotherapy provides a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore the role that alcohol has played in your life and why you became dependent upon it. Once you have done the work of detoxing your body from alcohol, you can begin to work with a Psychotherapist to help your mind heal and resolve any underlying issues as well.
Can I see someone who is specifically trained in addiction/alcohol dependency?
