Anxiety can present in many forms, you may feel it in the form of physical symptoms – heart palpitations, stomach pains, sweaty palms, nausea, dizziness to name a few. You may also notice it in excessive negative thinking, worrisome thoughts, extreme shyness and self-consciousness. Anxiety can affect every aspect of your life and can feel very unmanageable and out of control.
Anxiety Counselling will provide you with a safe and confidential space to explore your experience of anxiety and how it is impacting on your life. Your Therapist will use a combination of approaches specifically tailored to you in order to help you manage the symptoms and to address the factors which contribute to your anxiety.
